Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the STILLE mobile application and website stille-app.com (the "Service") operated by STILLE ("we", "our", or "us").
By downloading, installing, or using STILLE, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
STILLE is a meditation timer application that provides timer functionality, ambient sounds, breathing exercises, and session tracking. The Service is available as a free version with optional paid subscription features ("STILLE Pro").
You may use basic features of STILLE without creating an account. To sync data across devices and access certain features, you may create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
Pricing: STILLE Pro is available for $4.99 USD per month, excluding local taxes (or equivalent in your local currency).
Billing: Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account at confirmation of purchase.
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Play Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Free Trial: If offered, free trial periods automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

All content, features, and functionality of STILLE — including but not limited to the design, logo, sounds, animations, and code — are owned by STILLE and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
STILLE is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Health Disclaimer: STILLE is a meditation timer tool and is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. Consult a healthcare professional before beginning any meditation or breathing practice if you have health concerns.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, STILLE and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STILLE from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at office@stille-app.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vienna, Austria.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
